Time flies away

It is so easy to let the time fly away.
I do not know why I let it happen. I try to think about it . Like today I was waiting in the car for my daughter to come with the train. I started to think about my breathing, how the air went in to my nose and down to my lungs and out the same way. Slowly... While doing this, suddenly I opened my eyes. "O, I have forgotten to answer the message I got this afternoon"
Why???

Right Now

I breath, I feel, I hear, I see

I am alive

Listen to the birds,

Feel the fragrance from the flowers

Feel the sun warming your body

Give your attention to something new today

 Something you never have seen before.

What is Paradise for you?

What is paradise? 

I am looking at the photo from Thailand and I am thinking "I was living in a Paradise".

 Then the questions comes up to me: 

"Why do I not think I am living in a Paradise now?" 

"What´s the difference???"

 I have my dear husband, my dear children here with me, I have friends here,

 I am working, I have a nice home. 

What do I need more??? 

The only difference is the weather.

 BUT is the weather sooo important that this life is not Paradise???
